Customized sample (inc Printing color and logo) are will be charge according to your design
- We do not provide design services. Customers need to provide the artwork, logo, and printing files. We will produce the products strictly based on your provided design and instructions.
- • After we reach an agreement on the product surface finish and quotation price, we will issue a proforma invoice for your confirmation. Once we receive your advance payment for sampling, we will make PPS (pre-production samples) for your final confirmation before bulk production.
• After your approval for sample, then we proceed to purchase order. Once we received 50% Down Payment, then we will start mass production. It takes 25–30 days to produce the goods. When the goods are ready, then you complete the full payment (before shipping). We will deliver the goods to the destination port according to your requirements.
• If you have your own shipping forwarder, we will use them to deliver the goods. If not, once the goods arrive at the destination port, you will need to find a forwarder to help with customs clearance
- For small orders, we will send the goods by international express like DHL/TNT/UPS, usually it takes 3 work days to arrived, if big quantity we will ship by ocean transportation, it takes one month to arrive, if urgent, you can select shipping by air, but freight charge will be more expensive.
